TEMIZ DVB-Alkane MP Resins are polymeric resins based on a combination of an aromatic DVB-Styrene backbones, paired with alkane-surface functionalities and mesoporous pore size for small to oligomeric molecules.

There are 4 different types of DVB-Alkane resins available with the following alkane ligands on the resin surface:
- Isopropyl – Link to product pdf.
- Hexyl – Link to product pdf.
- Cyclohexyl – Link to product pdf.
- Lauryl – Link to product pdf.
These novel resins incorporate an aromatic backbone of DVB/Styrene with aliphatic alkane hydrophobic ligands.
Approximately 3 mmol/g resin is Alkane Ligand.
Application areas
These new Temiz DVB-Alkane MP resins are an novel alternative to conventional DVB/Styrene reversed phase materials but with a smart combination of aromatic resin backbone with alkane hydrophobicity on the surface for an additional reversed phase interaction.
In mixtures where a different type of hydrophobicity selectivity may be advantageous, these unique resins may find their niche of use.
